Well technically the best fighters are not getting hit nearly as much as the worst. Sometimes the very best like Khabib are almost not being hit at all. And up and comer Khamzat has only had opponents even throw 1-2 punches (that didn’t land) per match before they lost

But yea in general CTE is a thing. Worse for boxers though because the gloves prevent them from being knocked out and so they actually sustain more total damage in the match
