go into your Nvidia control panel if you have an Nvidia card... Manage 3d Settings -> Program settings tab -> select Everquest (eqgame.exe) -> find "Low Latency Mode" and set it to Ultra. See if that helps... if you dont have an nvidia card... sorry... im not sure how to help.
