I don't think it should be illegal to play pranks on people. Scamming them for items and money? Ok... but just because you're annoying and you play pranks on people? I think that's a bit far. I doubt you'd even get a warning on live for that kind of stuff.

I strongly disagree, given the choice I'd be much prefer to be scammed out of pixels then scammed out of my time.

I consider this much more ban worthy then even cheating, given that someone doing this is having a much more direct negative impact on players then the upper guilds using cheats to out poopsock each other. 300+ cheaters and I didn't notice, and it didn't take any enjoyment away from me, however one guy pulling this stunt would surely ruin a night on p99.
