Sounds like a form of eugenics but man, if ethics didn’t matter just how much of the world’s problems could that solve?
Must be able to have a certain level of family/social support and certain financial stability to be medically allowed to have a kid. Sort of like an extreme version of the adoption screening process. If they wanted to get really unethical with it they could require a certain IQ as well
Now that’s some Brave New World shit, but it would solve a lot of the world’s problems…
