I will respond in good detail. However things can be both good and bad.
Most of what modernity brings us is fear mongering and in the case of pharmaceuticals purity and concentration.

Yet we have cancer. Plastic. Heart disease, obesity etc...

Also I was strong once. I know how strong people should be. Many males my age are even weaker than I in my weekend state. This should not be. It bodes very ill for civilization.
