Non-proliferation is in everyones interest so I would say yes. France shall be defended for the half-life of the surrendered fissible material.

Do my corrupt politicians get to hold the rest of the world hostage? Do our young go die defending corrupt Ukrainian energy executives...oh, right, Biden sr and jr. Hehehehehe that simplifies it. Greed.

Build the good Ukrainian farmers a state growing wheat. Fuck just replace Oklahoma and cut them a deal so that they don't get wiped out and get to keep their Ukrainian holidays and second language.
