Hotbar Keeps Resetting

Is it the entire Hotbar resetting or is it only the last 4 slots (7-10) ?

Last 4 slots only. I also tried to set the read only part to unchecked for the entire folder.

This is a glitch thats been going on over 6 months (Its happening to everyone on Green).

Theres no fix other than to wait... Hopefully p99 staff can resolve this before too much longer
