They aren't getting 3 million, they are charging 3 million. You need to keep you CPT code charges high so you can anchor your negotiations with health insurance companies. United healthcare has hundreds of billions in revenue per year. Obamacare created mega-health insurance companies who have all the bargaining power. Not to mention all the people you have to treat for free at a hospital.
