Game Mechanics: Make Quillmane Classic Again

I get that the spawn mechanics of Quillmane before this change was not "classic".

But you know what WAS classic? Quillmane spawning sometimes. I'm not sure that happens any more at all.

I see Quillmane has been spawned 5 times within the past 12 hours on Green. Less than that on Blue, but it is working.

That's good to hear. I'm on blue and don't know anyone who has seen him (but obviously we aren't all in SK all the time).
