They are constantly fighting with eachother and trying to Fraps and ban eachother tho.

Green has one of the best high end raiding environments I have ever seen. I've seen all of the guilds doing co-op raids and with the exception of a few "bad apple" players, it is a great example of competition and co-operation without outright conflict.

Replace Priest of Discord with Priest of Order so people can hand in a book to turn blue.

i think priest of order is on red but not sure if it works i think its disabled

God no. PvP being opt-in is what helps people ease into the idea of possibly making Red characters. I think if such things are too forced, it pushes people away. I know I would drop P99 in a heartbeat if all my characters were forcefully made Red instead of being something I opted into, especially with the Red server ruleset. Being opt-in as, as well as being self-contained and separate from Blue, is what makes opt-in PvP work out on Green.
