Fixed, pending update

Ashenbone Axe, ogre war maul, double-bladed bone axe, dwarven two-handed axe fixed. Also added Rogue usable to the appropriate ones. Cros Treewind's staff is already correct.

Dragon Bone Hammer. Does it exist? Can't find proof of this item.

And.

Has the Defiled Grizzly been spawning? Or spawned? I haven't seen it in game yet. Was a classic spawn that was removed.

Long before the bear existed, Cros Treewind dropped his own staff.
