Uthgaard was kind/awesome enough to spawn a banker next to me the first night i did trivia with pp prizes, and kept it there afterwards while my guildmates and i were doing a casino event.

Everyone loved the banker, no conspiracy theories that night. Someone even loved it so much they attacked it, and got deathtouched! Good times lmao.
