Boost yer dex grab a ToD and use only this and blood points. Try to aim above 150dex. This is the way to go !
Places : dreadlands, pull blues from karnor walls (ravishing drov, petrifier, brutes etc)
SolB bats & bugs
Hole CAstle ent or yael pit (just avoid the golem)
Neriak third gate plenty or single pulls blue up to 53 (if u dont care about faction)
Check out also neutral and good cities (havin invis clicky for scouting is a must)
Skyfire by BW zl (mobs might hut hard tho)
