Think about how compromised Blue is with RMT and monopolies on trade markets after all these years, if they just made it PVP w/ sleeper resetting I think this would bring back a ton of BIS AFKers and bring life back to P99 in general. Guaranteed I think it wouldnt effect player base at all. Those that would decide to quit after reset would be those that dont bring anything to the community anyways and probably gotten everything they wanted from the game, those that would stick around would probably feel a lot better after starting over on a new blue.
