People got sick from the "horse paste" because it contains a dose of ivermectin dozens of times greater than what is intended for a human. In humans, the dose is much lower, and safe. Any medicine is toxic in high doses. This substance has been approved for use in many human diseases and has been prescribed millions and millions of times over the years. More research is needed to determine it's efficacy in treating covid19 symptoms, but why be so rabidly opposed to a potential treatment?
