The real silly kicker is that organ failure comes from breathing failure which is a function of ARDS.

So ya it quite possibly could have been. A lot of these things will creep up on us. We live in a day and age were being on the edge does mean death and not being on the edge can creep us towards the edge. Over a few weeks. A few months.

He probably would have been fine and lived 20 years if he didn't catch covid.
