The problem is that they are not human enough. They don't care enough about anyone else. They don't have empathy enough. Thats why the lizardman hilarious conspiracy theory fits so damn well. Many had so little regard for humans that they squashed and betrayed people on their way to power. They are not too stupid to do good work, they are just too evil.

Your intelligence score has no relevance to your effectiveness in the majority of positions. People that can focus are effective.

I watched this movie last night and I was like, "no wonder these people destroyed our country!" That generation are all so clueless the characters are considered lefties but theyre the most patriarchy old guard conservative as you can imagine. They all went on to run the country (into the ground) over the next 50 years.
