No one is giving away free legs. They are taking them from young healthy people and giving them to the old or disabled.

I agree with giving old and disabled special people that qualify legs, the government takes at least three legs for everyone it gives tho. And believe it or not most people who could virtually live better and still be more productive still end up paying more for a leg than they should even tho the government gives them back some small bits of leg and helps pay for the foot attachment.

Bottom line is I'm happy your grandpa got a leg. The system still stucks. Deliberately kills people who could otherwise be healthy and happy.

And is still wholey oppressive. Dictating the value of legs for the benefit of the few. And protecting only a segment of the population from the effects of this. While requiring those who want legs to be unemployed or homeless and broken or "insane" or to wait till they're 75 yrs old or seek legs or at the least pain medicine or psychiatric medicine etc outside of the system, sometimes in other countries. Sometimes illegally. Depending on if you want a good leg. Or not. Or if you have an approved problem and treatment. And it stops Americans and Dr's from helping eachother and doing things for charity by threatening them with liability and regulations. Removing the human element.

Right now you may as well go to a vending machine, press buttons, and get some pills, pills that cost everyone $10,000 dollars. Even if you qualified for them because you know if you where employed you couldn't afford them.

Look. I know how impk got her cybernetics. And she didn't do the wrong thing. She's not a bad person. However it's wrong to coerce especially people like me into those situations and in my state it's downright dangerous and more likely to kill someone. I've been going down this road and I don't like it. The state of Florida allows authorities and facilities to abuse people like us. Especially when we are homeless.
