omg mother in law entertains EVERY SINGLE ONE of these calls and pretends she's about to sell her house, then never follows through. I swear she uses those people as like paid friends and leads them on

If I have time I do that with the car warranty ones.
Are the brakes covered?
The pads and rotators or neither?
Are the windshield wipers covered?
Is the steering wheel covered?
Are the airbags covered?
Is the exhaust pipe covered?

Sometimes I can go for awhile.

I think its a good sign that inventory is slowly starting to creep up already while interest rates are still dirt cheap and the Fed hasn't even said if/when they are going to start tapering MBS.
