The flexible and animated UI would be nice to have for any future Windows game. I have a long standing disagreement with multiplatforming as they must be controller compatible. A regression from a desktop computer. EQ is a desktop computer game.
What if the UI for eq reflected your race, class and diety choice. Gnomes would be all gears and tinkering stuff.

Reason: edited the laptop comment out. Its a desktop game, required a 3D accelerator to run.
