What I find most interesting about the study by the CIA is that they highlight essays about the formation of small nation sates after world war 2 and how these nations fall victim to corruption and why they disolve or collapse.
indicating that the study censored by the CIA after it's release in 2013 was also planning how a small goverment could rebuild after the cataclysm.
