Neriak arena and Jacker will take you to 60. Capee and Mrak can be solo pulled in the arena and have less hps than the other 3. 6'ish min repops.

Hey so i'm a level 51 paladin close to level 52 from bloodgill farming. I'm not sure where to go next. I prefer camping static spawns and as long as they con blue i'll take any suggestion.

I just dinged 53 killing the guards inside Grobb with my paladin. Good solo spot. Still decent exp but starting to get tired of it and looking to move on but can't decide where.
