Server down? Unable to log in - maybe Velious has begun?

I'm new to p99. Will we have a new patch we need to fetch? Or is that stuff already there ?

There should be a patch (UI needs an update at the very least). From the home page, the top middle Welcome section always has a link to the latest patch files
