Just please open up more race/class combos that may or may not have ever existed. It will get a lot of people leveling up again. Some suggestions:

Barbarian Paladin.
Gnome sk/Paladin
Halfling Ranger/Paladin
Human shaman
Iksar magician
Erudite warrior
Erudite monk
