Honestly I'm with Jib on this one: instead of moving off topic threads to RnF, we should "move" (to a forum suspension) posters who RnF-up perfectly normal Off Topic threads. Doing the former rewards the RnFers instead of punishing them for messing up everyone else's conversation.

People are dumb lol. This is proof they deserve this. RnF shouldn't be only for elf related topics.
