Not dumbest, the most stupid.

Dumb kinda means its not your fault.

Like its not your fault if you have a learning disability or a handicap which prevents you from learning.

Stupid means it is your fault you're so dumb and backward. You just hate learning, you hate being wrong, and most of all you hate yourself.
