Yep. And he's lording a sense of superiority about it despite there has been established that the more you mix "white" into "blacks" and "browns" the higher the mixed race is compared to their "minority" peers' average IQ, as well as being statistically less likely to commit violent crimes, and statistically more likely to be more financially successful than their "minority" peers.
I use the word "minority" because that is also a blatant lie in global consideration.
