Alternative to 300 push ups?

I think I'm just gonna walk a mile or two every day, because I've only done 2 push ups and I'm already fighting the urge to go knock over display stands at Game Stop.

Walking is a great exercise! but please consider accepting the 300 pushup in 30 days challenge. It's Great for the core!!

I sat up in my rocking chair awhile while nervously refreshing threads.

Physical activity is great though.

Also just increase muscle mass.
