I think you can realign a spine as much as you want but if someone continues to sit in a chair for 9 hrs a day stoned and hyperfixated on their coding and data entry, then proceeds to lift their 120lbs of backup hardrives and lawnmower on the weekend with their back and walk hunched over their shopping carts in malnutrition and exhaustion, what, is, kinda, the point?
