Sniper training is a reliable way to reduce ur body mass index.
If I were going to seriously consider being a sniper in 2021 I would literally try to lose about 50 pounds. I'm too old to do something like that now regardless of my fitness levels... you know how when you're young... you don't have a care in the world and will do dangerous stuff without serious fear of the consequences.... and then when you get older you're worried about walking on ice or being out in the sun too long... yeah.. I'm the latter now...

the only way to increase muscle mass is to build muscle

running sometimes increases endurance and mitochondrial efficiency but can lead to actually reduced muscle mass

think about it

imo its ok to be anorexic if ur suffering from a chronic illness that won't let u build muscle, better to be skinny and sick than 300lb and sick
yup, this is why a lot of body builders WALK for their cardio. I like running though, it's one of my only healthy hobbies really. But it's also terrible for your joints, spine, and can hurt your gains.

IDK what your financial situation is like but when I got my first stimulus check.. I bought an electric bicycle. It's a great workout tool that is better on your joints. You think electric bicycle.. would be too easy right? Well, you still use quite a bit of cardio and muscles to power it. The difference between an electric bicycle is that you can pedal up hills that would otherwise be impossible for most riders to travel up, and instead of going on a 5-10 mile bike ride, you can go on a 25-30 mile bike ride in the same amount of time. When you get off the bicycle you still feel like you been pedaling for the last few hours because you have... you just getting a lot more UMPH out of the pedaling you are doing and are able to go a lot more places on the bicycle... you can also turn the electric feature off and just pedal and then turn it back on when you get tired... I do this to conserve battery power, especially going down hills..

it's been a lot of fun... the 3 people I have let try riding on it have all tried to buy it off me ...
