As far as snack goes, anything that crunch leaves you extra satisfied so carrots are great, pretzels are also great. Anything too sugary might increase your cravings, avoid!

Thanks! I had this 1500 calorie peanut butter shake last night that was pretty good. Vegetables / fruits do not fill the void inside me properly. I'm giving myself a pass for like a week or so to eat like shit before I reign it in. Post-acute withdrawal is a bitch and so am I for the next 1-3 months lol.
