Just watched the Daniel shaver video and unfortunately he reaches behind his back toward his hip, his fault. Just like it's the fault of many black, white, Hispanic, anyone who reaches toward their pants specifically when police are trying to arrest them. That said, police are brutal and I'd wager 90% of them are total idiots that are on a power trip. However they are in danger every day, by their own choice, so when somebody reaches behind their back toward their pants I think you know what's going to happen
