100% - Redjamz was a prolific P99 personality for a long time. He was floxxed by a drug known as Cipro and basically became retarded and played P99 for 20 hours per day as a coping mechanism for his shitty life.

All jokes aside his story is actually very sad and I sincerely wish him the best even though he could be a raging asshole. Also not 100% sure how much of his disability was an actually disability and not him just being addicted to P99, but there was something definitely weird going on with him.
