Its the same problem. Our feuds go back generations too and we are strengthening this foundation. We are developing the outward tells that identify the enemy tribe as we speak. I think you are oversimplifying. The party agendas of today are quite different from in our grandfathers' time. Nobody gives a fuck about the bimetallism for example, Bill Buttley is close to forgotten in the nu-Republican party. It wasn't so long ago we weren't even allowed to vote for Senators. Things change and people forget old grievances.
