An OAN fan? Schools can and do require proof of vaccinations for their students, why would they demand proof of citizenship? You don't have to be a citizen to attend public school.

Supposedly, the funding for schools is based on the census. The census determines the population in the district. Problem is illegals don’t register on the census. They wanted to start registering them, but even if they allowed them to register and not have to list legal status, lots wouldn’t do it because they would still want to stay off the grid

So the more illegals in an area (and yes they do get to go to public school because illiterate illegals would be even worse, so I don’t mind) the more the public school buckles under essentially extra kids that aren’t counted towards funding

You can't verify a child's vaccination record without their birth certificate as you need the birth certificate to verify their identity, which their identity is what ties their name/age to the actual vaccination record. Proof of citizenship, or a birth certificate (foreign or not) at a minimum, should be presented to verify that the individual is indeed a child and not an adult. There is a reason we do background checks on adults that are around children. In addition, identification allows the federal government the ability to audit any school that receives federal funding for each child's daily attendance. Without any proof of identification, the school could have fabricated the "child" attending in order to get money i.e. defraud the federal government.

The Supreme Court ruling that I mentioned in a prior post is the entire reason why you don't have to be a citizen to attend public school. However, you should have to be a citizen to attend public school for all the reasons I've mentioned. Obviously, the Supreme Court ruling is a bogus ruling. These mental gymnastics to protect illegal immigrants requires that Americans allow their children to be vulnerable. That is an unacceptable request and anyone that has American children's best interest in mind would never force American parents to fulfill said request. Likewise, it is unacceptable for the federal government to take it upon itself to protect foreign citizens over U.S. citizens by opening itself up to being defrauded by public schools. Our money (property taxes and federal taxes) go to those public schools. If any of those public schools are defrauding the federal government, and many most likely are, then they are stealing from the American people.
