Cop literally stops an attempted murder, lady trying to butcher another person, and people are so upset... I will never understand. If she is willing to do that in front of a cop (just think about that) it is likely she would have tried to kill someone else in the future. The cop likely prevented more than one murder.

Admittedly, it is entirely possible that both women would have survived the scuffle if the cop just sat back and watched, but when someone crosses the peaceful line of society, and tries to flay a victim in broad daylight, they forfeit any sympathy or pity. Clearly the victim couldn't defend herself, so it was administered by someone whose job it is to protect and serve. If vulnerable people can't turn to cops in life or death situations, when the cop is right there... fantastic policing job. He had the situational awareness to ignore the guy soccer kicking the person in the foreground and stopped a murder.

It is sad someone died, and people have to examine what would lead to someone becoming a murderer.

Is it possible to use a taser?

I’m relatively ok with this use of force, but it does seem like the impulse from a lot of officers is shoot first, ask questions later. I think america can do better. We stopped Japan and Germany but we can’t solve our extreme levels of violence compared to other industrialized countries? I disagree, I think we can solve every problem that comes our way. That’s how dad did it

Yes it is possible, anything is.

There is video of her screaming, "I'm gonna stab the f*** out of you, b****", before she lunged with the knife.... so I am ok with the cop's decision to pull the firearm.

The cop shoots Ma'Khia Bryant a second or two before Ma'Khia Bryant is about to plunge a knife into the girl in pink.

Then one of the guys who was previously kicking someone on the ground turns to the cop and says why'd you shoot her man she was a kid.

Later.. LeBron James posts a picture of the cop on twitter with the text "You're Next"

All of this is true, you can go look it up if you don't believe me.
