First you get the video ID on youtube, which will be the jumble of numbers and letters between the equal sign(=) and the "and" symbol (&).

The easiest and quickest way fter that is to click on "insert image", then copy/paste the ID in there. After that you simply delete the "IMG" tags and replace them with "embed".
