To use discord while in EQ, right click and run Discord as an administrator. That should let you use push to talk while in the EQ window!

If you have discord set to open when Windows starts, just setting the application's executable file to always run as an administrator doesn't seem to let discord launch, if anyone was thinking about that as a possible work around to having to manually launch discord as an admin!
