TR has had such a stranglehold on mobs for so long the average player has become disenfranchised with raiding on this server. So when a young upstart merger of guilds starts slaying dragons people get excited and want to be a part of it.

definitely also true, and we put in a lot of effort and time into making sure we kill as many of them as possible. We welcome the competition, it keeps us on our toes, it keeps the game interesting. Make no mistake though, we will not stop. We're like the Viet Cong. Varmint Cong.

TR players on average are *much* better than the other players on this server, which is quite evident based on our track record. People justify things like losing on dragons in the most bizarre of ways though -- that's something that everyone processes in their own unique style.

was with you until that last part. Your definition of "better" heavily relies on "time invested" and "time available." It's EQ karsten, not fucking rocket surgery. You get 3-4 spells/abilities you cast per raid (unless you're a shaman), the hardest part is the timing and having people in synch, and that's not difficult.

You're also one of the few people in TR who I can actually believe when they say that they welcome the competition.

No, I welcome people to kill whatever they want. It's the stupid stuff that goes down with it. Like your posts here. Very true. But what other guilds have really had the numbers? It is a suprise that all of a sudden TMO/Ass can get targets with having 50+ people to mob around? This server is about numbers, not "quality".

I invite the Divinities or the Vesica Deis' and Bregan D'Aerths' to talk with each other and pick a raid target and go for it!

We don't need to. VD took down the targets we wanted, well all but 1 (We had a oops we fucked up moment and wiped),and beat other guilds to it. We don't need to resort to having 50+ people for raids in Kunark. We were able to do Spiroc lord with 23 and Noble with 22.

Can be more said about TMO/ASS. There were more issues with the majority of both guilds the past 5 months than any other guild.

Watch out for the TR fake pump where they rush past you to trick you into pulling when your not ready
