Nah, Kingdom discontinued the tracker due to that one super-nerd. It is like blue now. Or it is like red, but with a population.

Show up, ask to be on the list (in /say--don't be that guy) and wait.

PH is ~6 minutes. AC can pop back to back or even 12 hours down the line. I think it is a 1% chance? Anyways, it is classic RNG.
