Tough Mudder is ridiculous. It's like running 3 Warrior Dashes in a row.
I'm entering it next year :P I did mine in 53 minutes. It was too dangerous to run it any harder for me by the time my wave went. If I had an earlier wave where the course was less chewed up and the obstacles were "clean" I could have easily shaved off 15 minutes. I trained pretty hard for this and it wasn't about endurance as much as it was not breaking your legs. | ||
