I literally never stopped moving, exercised daily, hit the gym every other day to keep that going. I had more endurance than anyone I knew cuz I fed myself and didn't try to cut weight. Tbqh it's kinda hard to eat a healthy 1000 calories. Like finding, chewing, only healthy foods. So last year I ate a ton of fried chicken. Chinese sweet and sour. Pizza. And didn't use discipline myself at all, for personal reasons. | |||
