I have had around 200 calories today. Cucumber water. And potassium supplementation. My blood glucose is absolutely perfect and I am clear headed without a headache or any other symptoms of hunger.

P.s if I go back into the cave and drag three other fucks out. One kills themselves. 1 is happy and runs off to explore. And one runs in and kills 2 chained cave dwellers before being killed by the fire keepers.
