You are correct that he should be PriestsofLife.
I was researching using allakhazam posts, including ones from 2020, when I changed him to KnightsofThunder. After further testing, it seems he should be Priests. I did find he gives a reply to scroll strongboxes at indifferent, even though he won't accept quest items until amiable. So heads up on that. Pending update: -Tyokan has returned to PriestsofLife faction -Tyokan responds to quests at indifferent, but requires amiable for turn ins | ||
