Isn't it better to just get spirit wracked chord, ring 10, and zheart? This idea sounds insane to me lol. Even with no ring 10, SWC and zheart is way more efficient.

It depends. If you are on blue, and you got Beads via farming before they were removed from the game, getting Tsernias staff is way cheaper and easier than any of the items you mentioned. Nobody sells ring 10 MQs, so you need to raid a lot to get one.

If you are on blue and have enough money to buy beads, then I agree that buying ZHeart and SWC is the better route. You will get 70 HP per minute guaranteed, compared to 40 HP per minute using the strategy I outlined, assuming you proc once a minute on average.

The only reason to consider buying beads anyway (or keeping the beads you farmed) is because SWC cannot be traded, so you are throwing 200k or so down the drain. Beads and Tsernias Staff won't be as efficient, but
Beads have better value, especially as the server ages.

If you are on Green, it will be easier to farm Beads before they get nerfed than to save up the money to get a SWC or ZHeart. This is especially true because ZHeart is going to have a lower supply on Green, and SWC wont come out on Green for a long time (basically end of the patch cycle). Ring 10 is not going to be MQed for money on green either, so the raid requirement remains.

Honestly I would never sell Beads if I had them. They are quite useful on multiple classes, and their value will only increase over time as they become rarer and rarer. I would do the Tsernias staff strategy as an alternative to ZHeart if I had Beads and no money. There are people who farmed Beads and do not have the income to spend 200k on a single item.
