Also the whole social media censoring has nothing to do with political affiliation. These are private companies making a liability decision; they don’t want to be liable or investigated when some lunatic takes an assault rifle and tries to shoot a bunch of people who identify as Democrats, or tries to storm government buildings to overturn a free and fair democratic election because they have their pink lace panties in a bunch that Trump lost. If the Democrats were on Twitter inciting violence against the republicans and trying to get people to overturn an election by force, then the social media platforms would be banning those democrats. This isn’t about “silencing the right” it’s about legal liability for private companies; the extreme right just so happens to be the people who are freaking stupid enough that they’re the ones causing an issue.
