So seb shouldn't be self bindable? Even ST was bindable. Wierd. How about chardok?

Chardok was never bindable nor Karnors. Of course I don't have proof besides that link. It's not saying all that much. It's the best I can find.

I never thought of binding in ST. I don't see how you could if you couldn't bind in ToV. But I never tried it, so I'll take your word on it heh.
