Bump with my own thread on the weapon swing timer issue:

Makes the low level caster game way too easy imo, and surely melee shamans too.

Before (and after) that little QoL boost for hybrids, any hybrid or caster could:
1. tap attack off
2. cast
3. tap attack on
Busier, and slightly less efficient due to latency, but it's not as big a deal as you are making out. (A bit surprising that it's not been made "classic" yet, out-of-era QoL improvements are often targeted by the p99 devs for removal.)
