In play in Texas doesn't mean a lock. The Trump campaign and RNC must agree, BTW, because they are spending money in Texas.

Average polling in WI still only has Biden +8 over Trump, but ABC/Washington Post are generally well thought of pollsters and they did just put Biden up +17. If Trump wins WI I'll come back here and either admit you were right or post links about how Iran stole the election for Trump.
