We're a republic; not a democracy dipshit. Republics exist to protect the rights of the individual. In a democracy, individuals don't have rights; as mob rule dictates what rights are currently trending/not trending for the individual.

Pure democracy is the stupidest form of government there is, because as you've revealed, the average person is borderline retarded.
